This unit advances prior learning in the fields of international management and human resource management. The specific area of inquiry in international human resource management is the personnel function in the increasingly diverse and complex environment of internationalisation. Prerequisites: Students must be enrolled in one of the following courses: 0105, 0319, 2099, 2778, 1065, 3801, 1506, 2643, 2642, 0200, 0201, 0028 or 1822 and must have passed MGX9850 or seek Chief Examiner's approval before undertaking this unit.
