This unit, as a final semester unit, integrates the business management knowledge, skills and attitudes students acquired throughout their bachelor study. The unit teaches students all the essential elements of running a business including strategic planning, leadership, teamwork, cause and effect relationships between functional areas (research and development, marketing, production and finance), satisfying customer demands, and competitive analysis in a simulated learning environment.
