This unit is focused on theories and models tourist behaviour including consumer behaviour, tourist decision-making and on-site behaviour. It explores the concept of the tourist experience. Issues, theories and debates around topics such as authenticity, tourist motivation and tourist satisfaction are also examined. -- Course Website
