This unit reviews key leadership theories and styles and promotes the student to develop a personal model of leadership. Key requirements to enable successful implementation of practice change including organisational readiness, an understanding of organisational systems, influencing people, team building and leading changes are explored and applied to the community based emergency health context. -- Course Website
