This unit is designed to meet the requirements of the Professional Standards Board for Trade Marks and Patent Attorneys in relation to Drafting Patent Specifications (Topic Group G). It is designed to provide students with a level of knowledge and understanding so that they can draft a specification to accompany a provisional application, a standard complete application, an international application or an innovation patent application including a set of claims that satisfactorily protects a client's interests in an invention. -- Course Website
