This unit offers students the opportunity to combine attendance at a law conference in Prato, Italy with their study. The conference is entitled 'Business Innovation: A Legal Balancing Act'. It will analyse the issue of protecting business research and development in the context of different areas of law - intellectual property, workplace, corporate and competition laws.
