This includes communication processes, effective leadership skills, characteristics of successful leaders, strategies for leading improvement and characteristics of staff motivation, the role of emotions, resources management, and effective facilitation of meetings.<br/>It also examines the nature of numeracy, the ways that it relates to mathematics and to the curriculum broadly, the ways of incorporating numeracy into the curriculum, and its connection to international, national, and school based assessment.<br/>Candidates will also demonstrate... -- Course Website
