The Masters thesis is a research study, focusing on a particular theory, issue, challenge, dilemma, concern or problem in the field of education, undertaken with a supervisor. Although students will be expected to demonstrate initiative and independence, the supervisor will offer guidance, support and feedback over the course of the research. The Masters thesis is designed for students who are intending to undertake further higher degree studies. Graduates who have successfully completed the Masters thesis will be able to use this 16,000 word study as evidence of independent research experience in an application for entry into the PhD or Doctor of Education programs. -- Course Website
