This unit explores current, local and international research on first and second language theories linked to P-12 principles of classroom pedagogy. Students are provided with foundations for effective teaching of languages within the perspective of the P-12 continuum. Students will develop a flexible and informed approach, selecting appropriate strategies for learner's linguistic and communicative needs.
