Music education 2 introduces the most common musical instruments taught in class music education: the recorder, guitar and the keyboard laboratory. This will be informed by a consideration of influential music education curricular approaches, such as the Dalcroze and Suzuki methodologies and Alexander Technique and performance tension. There will also be a focus on school music ensembles and instrumental programs. Students will also undertake the development and presentation of a school musical or equivalent project. -- Course Website
