Students undertaking this unit will examine the impact and change relating to key issues in contemporary Australian workplaces from the perspective of those engaged in facilitating or supporting learning in those workplaces. Drawing on theories relating to organisational change and strategy and on social exchange theories, selected key issues will be examined with a view to diagnosing and implementing action. -- Course Website
