This unit develops students' understanding of changing relationships between work, learning and development, and how they shape the professional identities and careers of adult learners and educators. Key concepts are introduced to examine the ways in which identities and careers are constructed in and across global and local spaces, including organisations and communities, and the roles that education and workplace learning play in these processes. Opportunities to engage in self-narrative and biographical research enable students to explore and review the development of their own professional identities and learning careers. -- Course Website
