Students produce an original piece of supervised research in journalism, the specific topic to be agreed between the student and supervisor. This research is written up and analysed in a scholarly dissertation of 15,000 - 18,000 words, or a major piece of journalism (10,000 words or equivalent) plus a 5000 word scholarly exegesis. -- Course Website
