The central objective of the unit is to expose the students to a variety of research tools and related knowledge for researching the issues in relation to communications and media studies. Topics include setting research questions, handling literature, preparing research proposal, research ethics, content analysis, interview method, participant observation, research on audiences, texts, and institutions. -- Course Website
