This unit introduces students to major ideological and philosophical debates and perspectives concerning the nature, characteristics and importance of justice. It examines the roles of key political philosophers in shaping visions and practices that extend or limit the application and pursuit of justice and its expression in freedom, equality, opportunity and societal well-being. -- Course Website
