This unit comprises 250 hours of appropriate work under the supervision of a qualified field supervisor. At this stage students will still be developing their knowledge of relevant clinical conditions, and the advantages and disadvantages of particular assessment procedures. However, they should have the ability to seek the relevant knowledge, if this is not already available, and to begin to generate hypotheses about what to expect. The ability to interpret the test results in terms of neuropsychological functioning is expected. Report writing skills should be refined, initially with close supervision, but gradually developing more independence. -- Course Website
