Organisational behaviour (OB) is a multi-disciplinary field that utilises insights from psychology, sociology, anthropology, social psychology, and economics to study human behaviour within organisational settings. Given the importance of understanding human behaviour in the workplace, this unit aims to engage students to explore and critically examine insights about human behaviour at work to better manage and improve organisational capabilities and performance.
