This unit aims to integrate stratigraphic, sedimentological, structural, igneous, metamorphic, remote sensing and tectonic field studies in a varied terrain. It provides extended experience in geological mapping, particularly in photo-geological techniques and the study of local to regional relationships. The field trip involves significant walking for which a reasonable level of physical fitness is required. -- Course Website
