This unit provides an advanced understanding of the interdisciplinary links between environmental research, management strategies and policy frameworks that are fundamental to environmental management. We explore significant issues and challenges associated with managing our dynamic environment, including catchment assessment and prioritisation, river and wetland rehabilitation, land degradation and recovery, coastal erosion, atmospheric pollution, climate change, and variability.
