In this highly selective individualised unit, students carry out one research project in the laboratory of a staff member. Students are individually supervised, as part of the research community, and are expected to put in much effort, with the unit being worth double the usual credit points. The unit provides an excellent opportunity to do hands-on research. Laboratory and/or field projects may be conducted. -- Course Website
