Students complete six weeks of full-time participation in an excavation in Egypt during the excavation season (usually November to January), visit other nearby archaeological sites and present a research essay on a topic related to the excavation. Numbers in this option are strictly limited and prospective students must consult Professor Kanawati, Associate Professor Ockinga or Dr Tristant prior to enrolment.<br/><br/>(Mediterranean).
