This course directly addresses the major philosophies behind the design and development of innovation and improvement programs. It guides the participant through the relevant concepts for the establishment of innovation and improvement mechanisms. In addition, various analytical tools used for the collection and analysis of data are taught. These approaches are addressed within a team context which is pivotal to many innovation and business excellence programs.
