This module offers participants an opportunity to further develop competencies related to the planning and implementation of change projects in organisational settings. <br/>As a result of participating in this module participants can expect to have:<br/>- tested the efficacy of their models and assumptions regarding effective change processes<br/>- developed a more sophisticated procedural knowledge base regarding the pragmatics and ethics of change processes<br/>- developed a greater appreciation of a range of change agent styles and strategies and related these to their own approaches. -- Course Website
