This project allows students to take a critical and analytical approach to an organisational problem within a rapidly changing and uncertain environment. Students are encouraged to conduct a project from conceptualisation of the problem through to reporting of the problem, and making recommendations for change. Students are encouraged to use contemporary human resource management or information system theories and concepts for the resolution of the problem.
