This course examines the disease process from both the laboratory and clinical perspective. A number of laboratory and clinically based specialists will discuss the physiology and pathophysiology process of disease. Where appropriate, clinical diagnostic and management techniques will be discussed. Normal aging related changes will be discussed and how these impact on the clinical presentation and the subsequent management of patients. <br/>Clinical tests used by physiotherapists, medical practitioners and others in the health care team will be evaluated from an anatomical and physiological perspective.
