This course will demonstrate advanced use of time-based vector technologies to create dynamic web content, and to integrate with existing internet technologies. The course will look at integrating Flash applications with XML datasets, browsers via JavaScript and databases using ASP, whilst also covering Flash design elements such as staggered delivery and automatic preloading. Students will gain an understanding of how large interactive web-based applications should be designed and implemented, and will have the opportunity to pursue an area of their own choosing for their major project. -- Course Website
