This course is the second of two designed for pre-service teachers of secondary school sciences, with a focus on Senior Chemistry, Physics, Intergrated Science or Biological Science. The central purpose of the course is to enable students to develop their knowledge and understanding of conceptual and procedural issues associated with curriculum decision-making, planning and assessment, and to develop associated skills.<br/><br/>Restriction: Students must have successfully completed the first and second year General Professional Knowledge courses, Curriculum and Pedagogy courses, 1252EDN and six (6) Teaching Area Content courses in each teaching area. -- Course Website
