This course is about learners in the middle years and various contexts that influence their learning. It takes an interdisciplinary approach to understanding important issues related to the positioning of young people in their varied contexts and understanding the reflexive nature of their world. The course embodies and integrates epistemological, sociological, philosophical, cultural and psychological perspectives in a dialogic format to stimulate students to engage in a constant analytical process to understand the needs and concerns of learners in the middle years. -- Course Website
