This course will consider infectious diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi with a focus on understanding how the application of common themes aids our understanding of the complexity of the host-microbe interactions. General principles and paradigms of host-microbe interactions will be considered, as will issues of special interest such as emerging diseases and bioterrorism. <br/><br/>Prerequisite: 2007MSC Microbiology -- Course Website
