This course focuses on various pathological states encountered by the human body. Students continue to explore the mechanisms involved in the breakdown of homeostasis along with interventions designed to achieve a return to homeostasis. Emphasis is on the development of both knowledge and understanding of a range of core concepts relating to pathophysiology and pharmacology.
