This course focuses on a range of pathological conditions and the principles of pharmacology in their management. An understanding of disease processes is fundamental to the development of a knowledge base required to practise as a competent registered nurse. Knowledge of pharmacology is required to guide safe practice in the administration of therapeutic substances.
