This course will investigate the basic mechanisms responsible for human disease including cell and tissue injury, regeneration and repair, ischaemia and infarction, thrombosis and embolism and benign and malignant neoplasia. In addition these mechanisms are then related to the organ systems in systemic pathology.<br/><br/>Pre-requisites and Co-requisites <br/>In a given year, successfully complete all DOH coded courses in one semester before proceeding to DOH coded courses in the next semester AND<br/>Successfully complete all DOH coded courses in a year before proceeding into the following year (students may only undertake higher year non-DOH coded courses upon written approval to do so... -- Course Website
