This unit develops competency in integration of knowledge and skills expected of a "work ready", Construction Management degree graduate. Integration of discipline relevant knowledge and processes employed in the creation of built environment is applied in evaluation of an authentic, large-scale building project. The methodologies of Value Management (VM), Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) are applied in evaluation of proposed design and construction methodologies of a building project.
