The aim of this unit is to extend skills and knowledge in the delivery of best practice facility services applying them for the strategic benefit of organisations seeking to maximise the use of their built assets. Organisational and business plans will be evaluated alongside the organisation’s physical structure exploring the use of built assets to support core business goals. Strategic decisions about the procurement and effective use of space will be examined.
