This unit is designed to enable environmental objectives to be identified and implemented within a broad range of industry sectors in line with ecological sustainability principles. Tools such as life cycle analysis and risk assessment, used to measure environmental performance will be described and opportunity provided to utilise these in the development of a site specific environmental management system. Systems that assist organisations meet environmental management requirements that are used internationally and within Australia will be examined as will the potential to link in with other management systems commonly used within organisations.Assessment -- Course Website
