Chemical systems are governed by the interactions between molecules, their bonding and their reactivity. This unit will build on concepts introduced in level-1 chemistry. Topics will include the nature of chemistry, green chemistry, bonding, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, equilibrium and control of chemical reactions. Examples will be drawn from biomedical science, food science and industrial applications. -- Course Website
