This unit is designed for students undertaking studies in leadership. It provides an opportunity for students to explore the nexus between their knowledge and understanding of leadership, their personal ambitions, work/life integration, and experiences. Students will reflect on the purpose of leadership, their leadership roles, and examine leadership in relation to their own ethics, values, ambitions, and professional and personal lives.
