This unit seeks to provide participants with a deep understanding of their own capacity for leadership, as well as leadership in others, through examination of and reflection on the actions of leaders and followers. It is designed to provide a challenge to the student which will demand and foster both tacit and explicit learning about vision in leadership and audacity in its execution. Learning is experiential and based on participants’ actions in resolving a challenge that has been agreed with the unit chair and is consistent with the aims of the unit.
