The unit aims to develop a capacity to think strategically about an organisation, its macro environment, industry and competitive position; to build skills in conducting strategic analysis in a variety of industry situations; to integrate functional knowledge in making strategic decisions; and to develop an appreciation of the organisational processes by which strategies are formed, implemented, and evaluated. -- Course Website
