The unit will develop students' capacity to think strategically about an organisation, its industry and competitive position. It will also enable students to understand the tools used for the analysis of its strategic position; to understand the correct application of these tools to a variety of industry situations; to integrate functional knowledge in making strategic decisions and to develop an appreciation of the organisational processes by which strategies are formed, evaluated and implemented.Assessment -- Course Website
