This unit offers an integrated and comprehensive analysis of how enterprise risk management is a business process within an organisation. Particular focus is given to the key role of corporate governance and a strategic risk management framework is explored. Topics include the evolution of enterprise risk management, linking business strategies to risk management, risk culture, identifying, measuring and monitoring risks and optimising risk management.
