This unit focuses on evaluation theory, frameworks, designs, approaches, and practical data collection and analysis methods applicable to the evaluation of health programs. The unit also incorporates the communication skills required to successfully engage, negotiate, inform and report to various stakeholders as required through the lifecycle of an evaluation study. Students will be guided to make appropriate evaluation choices suited to a range of scenarios. Students will have the opportunity to apply their new evaluation knowledge and skills in a series of hands-on exercises based on real world case studies from local and global contexts. -- Course Website
