This unit provides second and third year students with the opportunity to learn about the context of promoting and supporting health from an international perspective. The unit will be conducted in the form of a study tour of another country and is designed to provide students with the opportunity to enhance their understanding of cross-cultural health and society. The study tour will consist of a range of activities designed to link students with policy makers, health care workers, educators, and health agencies in the host country, and to reflect on their own values and approaches in relation to health and social development. -- Course Website
