This unit will provide students with an opportunity to undertake a minimum of 140 hours of fieldwork experience within clinical exercise physiology scope of practice. Each student’s fieldwork experience will be supervised by Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) accredited exercise physiologist, a university-trained allied health professional (e.g. registered physiotherapist) or an exercise scientist with appropriate experience working with clients with chronic disease. Field experiences are intended to provide students with opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in clinical exercise physiology to enhance their professional development and vocation potential. -- Course Website
