This unit provides students with knowledge and practical skills in the clinical exercise management of musculoskeletal injuries/disease conditions, including for each condition: details of the underlying pathology and development, the pathomechanics, assessment of function and acute exercise capacity, and chronic exercise prescription and long-term management. Further, aspects such as pharmaceutical prescription will be discussed. Students will gain practical experience and skills required to implement this knowledge in a clinical setting for the holistic exercise management of the musculoskeletally compromised client -- Course Website
