Students will learn the fundamentals of exercise instruction for the general population and be introduced to specific needs of special populations (e.g.: children and adolescents). They will have the opportunity to design and deliver basic exercise sessions to develop musculoskeletal strength and cardiovascular endurance for apparently healthy individuals and groups. -- Course Website
