This unit enables students to develop in-depth knowledge, skills and values inherent in the leadership and management processes that are important to their practice. Contemporary issues related to leadership and change management in a clinical environment will be explored with focus on leadership models/styles, team management, effective communication, cultural diversity, managing in an uncertain environment and facilitating effective change.
