This unit is one of four (4) in the Clinical Studies in Nursing 3 cluster. The aims of this unit are to provide students with the opportunity to consolidate and extend knowledge, skills, and attributes and apply them to complex dynamic patient situations. Major foci will be on clinical decision-making in the management of complex patient situations including those with co-morbidities and the nurse's ability to promote function and apply risk management strategies that promote patient safety and quality health outcomes.
