This unit aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the Australian healthcare system, its policy and strategic contexts, and of issues currently facing the Australian healthcare system. Clinical leadership will be introduced in the context of a wider discussion about leadership of systems. Students will hear from industry and experts and will have an opportunity to explore contemporary system level leadership challenges through group based interactions and assessment tasks. -- Course Website
