This unit builds on the skills and knowledge developed in AIC381, by further developing the Chinese four-macro skills i.e. listening, speaking, reading and writing. On completion of the unit, students should be able, with the assistance of dictionaries, to use Chinese language to understand a range of social and cultural issues and express their own opinions about China and the world in both oral and written forms. -- Course Website
